About the Guide
Pam is an inveterate hiker and has explored many routes on multiple peaks in southern New Hampshire and Vermont. She also enjoys hiking in the Lake Placid area of the Adirondacks and the White Mountains in New Hampshire, including Mount Washington! The canyons of the Tucson, AZ area have recently been added to the list. “Bear Down!” Pam is also an experienced international hiker with summer and winter trips to the highlands of Scotland and its surrounding isles, the west coast of Ireland and an awe-inspiring trip to the Dolomites in Italy. The 2016 travel highlight was Glacier National Park! Excellent workouts, stunning scenery and delicious Cold Smoke! 2017 was an unforgettable trip to the Shetland Islands and The Isle of Skye! Outrageous cliff and sea views! Mountains, water and GREEN as far as the eye could see! Thank you, Scotland! 2018… Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains!
Pam moved to Vermont from New Hampshire in 2011 and has been busy exploring the many nooks and crannies of the the Manchester/Mettowee Valley area. She has been finding hikes rarely encountered by the casual tourist.
